The biggest attraction point of AU 190 Visa is that whoever successfully receives a nomination gets to permanently stay in Australia for an indefinite amount of time. The only conditions that a candidate needs to fulfill are:

  • Get nominated by the state or territory government agency
  • Qualify under one of the Skilled Occupation List
  • Score necessary points

3. Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 491): This is a point based visa wherein you submit your application to get nominated by a state or territory government agency. If you have a relative in Australia willing to sponsor you then also you can enter the country under this visa subclass. If you score necessary points, you will receive a nomination to immigrate to Australia. Note: For visa subclass 189, a candidate requires neither a sponsorship nor an invitation from the Australian authorities. But in case of visa subclass 190 or 491, the candidate should successfully acquire a sponsorship or nomination based on the visa category that they choose to apply to.
